Talk about false advertising. When I first opened the box, it smelled like spray paint. The paint job is awful, and the inlay is paper like. The design looks like a stencil or paper as well and the whole finish of the guitar is suspect. What I really can''t believe is that Esteban would put his name on this. He said it was a craftsmanship work of art...something that you would expect to pay $3000 for. I will tell you this...a guitar that is mass produced like this one, in China is garbage.

Glad to see I didn''t get the only flawed guitar. Mine has a big chip of wood missing by the tuning pegs, the red gem accents are already falling out, and the paint isn''t that great. I am really disappointed that a company would send out sub par merchandise as their anniversary limited editions. I haven''t tried the amp out yet, but will soon since I see that some of those don''t even work. I guess I just paid 200 for the instructional dvd''s? Not worth it.

Extremely Disappointed - Waste of Money 9/19/2008
Not nearly the quality described by Estaban. I purchased this as a birthday gift for my husband who has played guitar for 40+ years. Hard to tune & the strings keep breaking. He has only played it a few times, & each time he can count on a string breaking. This morning he had it out, attempted to play it again & same thing...another string broke. Doesn''t have this happen with his other guitars. He put it back in the case, then into the shipping box & say he will never touch that guitar again.

Esteban''s instructions are fabulous! Anyone can learn to play. Price of his guitar packages is phenominal when you consider the amount of money lessons would cost. Have purchsed 10 of his guitars. This, the worst quality yet. Neck was broken, horrible finish. Could see dots from printing on decals. 1st first guitar purchasd, Turquoise Edition, flawless. Something has happened. The quality in his guitars seems to be slipping. I hope Esteban receives comments. If I were him, would want to know.

Disapointed 6/8/2008
I was not impressed with the quality of this guitar. It came with several scratches on it and even had some kind of cloth sticking out between the glued pieces of wood on the neck. I tuned the strings and they immediately went out of tune. I kept tuning them and they would not stay in tune. I was not impressed with the sound quality. I didn''t even unpack the rest of the items in the shipment since I was very disapointed in this guitar and I just repacked it and returned the whole package.
